When is the final paycheck due when an employee quits under Idaho law?

Pursuant to Idaho Code §§ 45-606, an employee is entitled to receive his or her final paycheck within ten (10) days of his or her final day of work, or on the next regularly scheduled pay date, whichever is earlier. If, however, the employee wishes to be paid earlier, and submits that request to the employer in writing, the employer must pay the employee within forty-eight (48) hours of the request.
