When is the final paycheck due when an employee is fired under Arkansas law?

As per Arkansas Code § 11-4-405, when an employee is fired, the employer must give him or her a final paycheck within seven (7) days if the employee has requested it. Otherwise, the employer can pay the terminated employee on the next regularly scheduled pay date, absent some agreement between employer and employee to the contrary.
