The following qualifications must be met in order to become a Broker:
- Must be a citizen of the United States of America.
- Must be of good moral character and not have been convicted of a felony nor any crime involving moral turpitude.
- Must have at least two years of experience as an insurance agent or experience in a comparable position working for an insurance company, agency or brokerage firm during the three years immediately proceeding the date of application.
