Yes, but on a limited basis. Informal training is provided for employers and employees during practically all visits conducted. Formal training has to be scheduled and then only if inspection backlogs permit the consultant time to conduct the training. DOLI will sponsor a limited number of scheduled training sessions for employers/employees this year. These sessions will be posted at www.doli.state.va.us when classes are scheduled.
