What Is The Minimum Hourly Wage An Employer Must Pay Employees In Massachusetts?

The Massachusetts minimum wage is $6.75 per hour. Tipped employees may be paid $2.63 per hour. However, if the employee does not receive $6.75 per hour including tips, the employer must make up the difference. The minimum hourly wage for agricultural employees is $1.60.
