Can I Work Part Time And Receive Benefits?

You may receive some benefits for a week in which you work less than full time. You must look for and be able and available to work full time. You may earn up to 25 percent of your determined weekly benefit amount (WBA) without a reduction to your benefits. If your gross earnings for the week claimed exceed 25 percent of your determined weekly benefit amount, your payable benefit for the week will be reduced by each dollar earned that is in excess of the 25 percent allowance.
