If I Am Unable To Return To The Type Of Work I Did Before I Was Injured, What Happens?

If you return to work at wages less than what you were earning at the time of injury, you are entitled to the Temporary Partial Disability payments. After the 3­day waiting period you will receive 66 2/3% of the difference between your current earnings and the earnings you had at the time of the injury.
