When is the final paycheck due when an employee is fired under South Dakota law?

As per S.D. Codified Laws §§ 60-11-10, 60-11-14, when an employee is fired, the employer must give a final paycheck to him or her on the next regularly scheduled pay date, or when the employee returns the employer’s property.
