What are the rules on final paychecks in Oklahoma?

Generally, under Okla. Stat. Ann. tit. 40, § 165.3, an employer must issue a final paycheck to an employee who has been terminated on or before the next regularly scheduled pay date. Likewise, an employee who has quit is entitled to his or her final paycheck on or before the next regularly scheduled pay date. If the employee does not receive the final paycheck within three days of the regularly scheduled pay date, he or she is eligible to file a claim against the employer.
