What are the rules on final paychecks in Nevada?

Generally, under Nev. Rev. Stat. §§ 608.020, an employer must issue a final paycheck to a terminated employee immediately, or within three (3) days of the date of discharge. Likewise, pursuant to Nev. Rev. Stat. §§ 608.030, an employee who quits his or her job is entitled to receive his or her final paycheck on the next regularly scheduled pay date, or within seven (7) days, whichever is earlier.
