When is the final paycheck due when an employee is fired under Idaho law?

As per Idaho Code §§ 45-606, when an employee is fired, the employer must give him or her a final paycheck for all earned but unpaid wages no later than ten (10) days following the date of termination, or on the next regularly scheduled pay date, whichever is earlier. If the employee requests earlier payment of his or her final wages in writing, then the employer must issue the final paycheck within forty-eight (48) hours of receiving the request.
