What Is The Veterans Health Administration?

The Veterans' Health Administration is the governing body within the Department that is responsible for providing medical and hospital treatment for veterans. The Veterans' Health Administration is responsible for the creation and management of hospitals and medical research projects similar to those of civilian medical groups and hospitals. There are a large number of VA Medical Centers throughout the United States that are created and managed by the Veterans' Health Administration.
