Exclusive Patent License Agreement

In the spaces below, spell out the minimum royalty dollars and cents. For example, if you indicate that you want a $40,000 minimum annual royalty. You would spell out "forty thousand" in the "Dollars" field and leave the "Cents" field blank (because the program will automatically enter the "00"). If you are indicating anything other than a flat dollar amount. You will need to spell out how many cents in the "Cents" field.
