Dishonored Check

When you receive a check for products or services that is returned by the customer's bank NSF (non sufficient funds), the best way to establish an appropriate paper trail and defend your right to collect the debt is by sending this notice by Certified Mail. This notice can be sent either to an individual or to a company owing money on a NSF check.

Complete the form fields below to generate a dishonored check letter that you can print and use to have the individual or company owing you money settle the debt and bring the account up-to-date. The amount of the check plus your indicated return fee are automatically totaled and printed onto your letter, so there is no need to break out the calculator—just indicate the amount of the check and your return fee in the applicable fields.
