When Will My Benefits Begin And How Much Will They Be?

There is a waiting period of seven days before any wageloss benefit is paid. If you are injured and out of work for more than 28 days, then you will be paid for the first seven. Wages are paid equal to 66 2/3 percent of the worker`s average weekly wage. This is paid to the maximum off the state`s average weekly wage, based upon wages in the year you were injured.
