If I Am Unable To Return To The Type Of Work I Did Before I Was Injured, What Happens?

Your employer is required to make any reasonable accommodations for you to return to work. This may even include placing you in a different position then you were in at the time of injury. If they have employment within your limitations and you refuse it, you may loose your right to any further compensation. If your wages are now less than what they were at the time of your injury, you will be entitled to Temporary Partial Disability benefits. These are paid at a rate of twothirds of the difference between your old and new wages.
