Who Do I Contact If I Have A Dispute Regarding Workers Compensation?

Workers’ compensation statutes generally will create a “board” or “commission” that is in charge of administering the provisions of the workers’ compensation statute.  If an employer or employee has a question or problem involving workers’ compensation, the administrator of the workers’ compensation law that is listed in the workers’ compensation statute is the best place to go with those concerns.  The statutorily created administrator of a workers’ compensation statute is generally given the authority to decide conflicts that arise between any party to a workers’ compensation claim, including an employee, employer or workers’ compensation insurer.
