What Happens If My Dog Is Considered Dangerous Or Vicious?

When at your home, the dog needs to be adequately constrained in a pen with a top, a locked fence, or otherwise tethered to prevent escape. When the dog is not at the owner's home, it needs to be muzzled, or leashed by a person of suitable age and with a leash length of no more than six feet, or constrained in a pen with a top, a locked fence, or tethered to prevent escape.
