Do I Need To Keep My Dog Leashed At My Home?

As an owner, keeper, or person in charge of the dog, you have the duty to keep the dog physically confined or restrained upon the premises of your home by a leash, tether, adequate fence, supervision, or secure enclosure to prevent escape. So although the dog does not need to be leashed at all times, it needs to be confined.
