Am I Liable For A Trespass If My Dog Wanders Onto The Land Of My Neighbor?

No. If your dog wanders upon the land of your neighbor by itself, and you have no knowledge that your dog has entered your neighbor's property you will not be liable for a trespass. Because you will not be held liable for a trespass, you will also not be liable for any damage that your dog does while it is on the property of a neighbor. However, if your dog does have violent propensities and injures another person on their own land you will be held liable just as you would if your violent dog injured someone in a place where it had a right to be.
