I Let My Dog Run Free And Do Not Keep Him/Her Restrained On My Property. Are There Any Legal Consequences That I Should Worry About?

It depends. If your dog is unlicensed and is running free any law enforcement officer can seize and then impound the animal. The dog can even be sold. It is unlawful for your dog, if it is over 5 months of age, to run at large unless it has a valid license tag attached to its neck. If, however, your licensed dog is found running free you will most likely be notified and will probably be warned to keep your dog under your control.
