What Happens To Dogs That Are Loose During Quarantine?
Any dog found running at large during quarantine will be impounded and the owner will have to follow certain procedures in order to claim the dog. First, the owner must pay all unpaid fees, taxes, and licensing fees on the dog. Second, the owner must pay for a vaccination or provide proof of a vaccination. And third, the owner must pay for any impounding fees. If the owner does not do any of the following, then the dog may be disposed of by the impounders.
