What Should I Do If I Feel I Have Been Discriminated Against?

If you believe you have been discriminated against, contact the Delaware Department of Labor's Office of Labor Law Enforcement. Keep records of incidents and names of witnesses. A charge of discrimination must be filed within 90 days of the alleged unlawful employment practice under state law and 300 days under federal law.
