How Are Appointments Processed?
The Licensing Division of TDI has installed a new licensing system. The new system, COSMOS, is used by several other states. One of the advantages of the new system is that it will allow Texas appointments to be processed electronically through PIN, the Producer Information Network, a service of the National Insurance Producer Registry, which is an affiliate of the NAIC.
