The Hearing:

  1. The District Justice will explain the court`s operating procedure. DO NOT BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS.
  2. Both sides will be given the opportunity to tell their view of the story, present any documents, and question each other. Both parties and all witnesses must testify under oath.
  3. The District Justice must reach a decision within 5 days.
