Who Can The Creditor Contact To Get Information?

The creditor may contact other people to locate the debtor. The creditor may only be allowed to contact third parties only once. The creditor is not allowed to reveal the purpose of the information needed. If the debtor has an attorney the creditor must only contact the attorney and does not usually is not allowed to pursue the other third parties for finding information. The creditor can reveal the details to the attorney.
