I Am Concerned About A Local Laboratory That Does Live Testing On Dogs And Cats. Is That Legal?

Oklahoma law allows the use of animal testing within any school, college, dentistry, medical laboratory, hospital, or any other scientific or educational establishment so long as it deals with the promotion of the well being of human beings or animals. These establishments are required to be licensed by the Oklahoma State Board of Health, and are reviewed annually to prevent any abuses. If the establishment violate any laws, then their license may be revoked and its premises inspected by the Commissioner of Health.
