Can My License Be Terminated For Not Completing Ce Requirements?

Yes, a license can be terminated for failure to complete CE requirements. If a license is terminated for failure to complete Continuing Education requirements, an agent must complete the Continuing Education requirements and provide the Department with proof of completion to have his or her license reissued. If the agent does not complete the Continuing Education requirements within 24 months of termination, the agent must complete the required number of hours of approved prelicensing training, and take any applicable examination in order to have his or her license reissued.
