Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in Utah?

Utah property foreclosures are typically conducted at the county courthouse in the county where the property is located. State law requires that a foreclosure sale take place between 8 am and 5 pm. The exact date, time and location of the sale is published in a Notice of Sale.
