Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in Oregon?

Oregon state law requires that all foreclosure sales occur between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm. The exact time, date and location of the sale must be published in a Notice of Default, in accordance with the public notice requirements of state law.
