What Public Notice Requirements are There for a Real Estate Foreclosure in Ohio?

The public is provided with two forms of notice regarding Ohio property foreclosures. First, a lender must file a lawsuit in state court indicating the lender’s intent for foreclose. Second, the Notice of Sale must be published for three weeks in a row in a county newspaper.
