What Public Notice Requirements are There for a Real Estate Foreclosure in New Hampshire?

If a lender sues a borrower for foreclosure in New Hampshire state court then the filing of the lawsuit is public notice of the intended foreclosure. The court may set additional public notice requirements as it sees fit.
If a lender proceeds to foreclosure under the authority of a power of sale clause then the lender must publish the Notice of Sale in the local newspaper for at least three consecutive weeks prior to the sale.
