Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in Nevada?

Like many states, Nevada requires that the public be informed of the date, time and location of intended property foreclosure sales via a published Notice of Sale. In Nevada, a trustee is required to conduct the sale and often the foreclosure sale occurs at the trustee’s office.
