Where and When do Foreclosure Sales Take Place in Montana?

Montana property foreclosures occur at the county courthouse in the county in which the property is located. All property foreclosure sales occur between the hours of 9 am and 4 pm. The date and exact time of the sale is determined and published according to the state law in the Notice of Sale.
