What Steps are Necessary to Enter a Valid Premarital Agreement in West Virginia?

West Virginia law allows a man and a woman to enter a prenuptial agreement in contemplation of marriage. The agreement can describe the distribution of property in the event of death or divorce. A prenuptial agreement is void in West Virginia if either the man or woman entering the agreement is a minor at the time the agreement is executed.
