Is My Employer Required To Give Me Time Off For Lunch Or Breaks?

By: LawInfo
If you are over 18 years of age, Indiana law does not require your employer to give time off for lunch or breaks. Indiana employers must provide a continuous 30minute break to teens under the age of 18, who are scheduled to work six or more consecutive hours.
