No, the U.S. Copyright Office neither compiles nor maintains such a list. However, a search of the U.S. Copyright Office records may reveal whether a particular work has fallen into the public domain. The U.S. Copyright Office will conduct a search of its records by the title of a work, an author`s name, or a claimant`s name. The search fee is $65 per hour.
