What Steps are Necessary to Enter a Valid Premarital Agreement in Pennsylvania?
Pennsylvania premarital contracts must follow the same requirements as all other contracts in Pennsylvania. At the time of a divorce or death, a Court will presume that a premarital contract is enforceable unless there is evidence that one or both parties was not provided with a fair and full disclosure of the other’s financial assets and liabilities prior to entering the agreement or unless there is evidence of fraud or coercion.
