What are Grounds for Divorce in Oregon?

In Oregon a divorce may be granted if either party to the marriage was legally incapable of entering into the marriage contract or consenting to the marriage or if the consent of the party was obtained by force or fraud. (Oregon Statutes Chapter 107, Section 107.015) A divorce may also be granted if there are irreconcilable differences between the parties that have caused the irremediable breakdown of the marriage.
