Can I get work driving privileges after my license was suspended for drunk driving in Maine?
Maybe. You can get a work only license for ninety days on a BMV (Bureau of Motor Vehicles) suspension, but only for the last thirty days on a court suspension. A first offense OUI suspension is the only suspension for which a work license is available. There is no work license available for a refusal, having a minor in the vehicle, or for repeat OUI offenders.
