If I Am Unable To Return To The Type Of Work I Did Before I Was Injured, What Happens?
If you return to work and are being paid wages less then at the time of your injury, you may be entitled to receive Temporary Total Disability benefits. These benefits are paid at a rate of twothirds of the difference between your current gross weekly wages and the average gross weekly wages at the time of injury.
