When Will My Benefits Begin And How Much Will They Be?

If you miss eight or more calendar days due to your workrelated injury, you are entitled to payment for lost wages. If you miss more than 14 days the first seven will be paid. Compensation payments are based on 662/3% of your average monthly wage not to exceed the maximum set by state law. You will be paid an additional $25 per month if you support one or more dependent individuals.
