Vioxx is related to the nonselective (traditional) NSAIDs aspirin, Ibuprofen, Nabumetone, Naproxen, Ketoprofen and other traditional NSAIDs. Celebrex (celecoxib) and Bextra (valdecoxib) manufactured by Pfizer are other COX2 inhibitor NSAIDs that are similar to Vioxx. None of these similar drugs has been withdrawn.
