What Does It Mean For My Dog To Be Considered A Dangerous Dog?

A dangerous dog is any dog that has bitten or attacked another human being, or caused serious injury or death to another dog, when that dog is on the property of its owner. Your dog will not be considered a dangerous dog if it bites a human being who has provoked it, bites a human being who is knowingly trespassing on its owner's property or is reacting reasonably to protect another human being from attack by attacking the human being who is attacking that person.
