How Many Dogs Can I Keep?

In rural areas, the number of dogs you are allowed to keep is pretty much at your own discretion, as long as the dogs aren't a nuisance. However, many cities limit residents to two or three dogs per household. This law does not apply to puppies less than a certain age, usually eight weeks to four months old.
