Under What Situations Does The Oklahoma Residential Landlord And Tenant Act Apply?

This act applies to, regulates and determines rights, obligations and remedies under a rental agreement, wherever made, for a dwelling until located within Oklahoma. Any agreement, written or oral, shall be unenforceable insofar as the agreement, or any provision in the agreement, conflicts with any provision on the act.
