When Does An Employer Have To Pay Final Wages To A Terminated Employee?

If the wages owed are a fixed, the employer must pay such wages to the employee within 5 days of discharge. Task, piece, commission wages must be paid within 10 days of such discharge. When an employee quits, he or she must be paid on the next regularly scheduled payday.
