Can I Receive Benefits If I Attend School?

You may receive benefits if you are attending school or a training course approved by Iowa Workforce Development. You must make a written application for Department Approved Training on the form provided by Iowa Workforce Development. While attending approved training, you do not have to be available for work or search for work to continue to be eligible for benefits.
