What Are Agency Requirements?

Agencies are corporations, partnerships, or other business entities conducting activities as producers, and are licensed under the agent licensing law, Minn. Stat. 60K
Complete agency license application and submit fee for corporations and partnerships. No fee for individual proprietorship.
Submit certificate of incorporation or partnership agreement.
If doing business under a name other than the legal name of the corporation or partners, submit Certificate of Assumed Name.
