What Are The Licensing Renewal Procedures?

Licenses are renewed biennially during odd years. All licensees will receive a license renewal form at least 30 days prior to the end of the renewal period. Renewal fees are based on $100 per license ($200 for Surplus Lines) and an additional $100 per authority.
